Job Title: Customer Service Operator

Working Pattern: Full Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - shifts between 7.30am and 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor job timelines, coordinating with operators to ensure timely deliveries and addressing any potential issues promptly. Communicate with third-party hauliers to ensure the smooth execution of transportation tasks. Update ATA (Actual Time of Arrival) records accurately and promptly for drivers.
