Job Title: Customer Service Operator


Location: Stanford-Le-Hope


Annual Salary: Up to £33,


Working Pattern: Full Time


Contract Type: Permanent


Working Hours: Monday to Friday - shifts between 7.30am and 6pm



Key Responsibilities:



  • Monitor job timelines, coordinating with operators to ensure timely deliveries and addressing any potential issues promptly.

  • Communicate with third-party hauliers to ensure the smooth execution of transportation tasks.

  • Update ATA (Actual Time of Arrival) records accurately and promptly for drivers.

  • Collaborate with planners to identify and resolve any major operational challenges.

  • Keep the CS mailbox and teams constantly updated throughout the day.
