Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for customers and agencies regarding supply chain topics.
- Manage and monitor customer orders from entry to delivery in SAP.
- Provide regular order status, stock updates, and standard reports.
- Handle order changes, call-offs, shortages, and delivery confirmations.
- Coordinate shipment planning with Transport & Logistics.
- Resolve logistical claims, blocked stock issues, and documentation gaps.
- Support intercompany and external hirework coordination.
- Monitor credit limits and initiate delivery stops when required.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain roles.
- Good knowledge of SAP and order-related processes.
- Understanding of logistics, Incoterms, and order documentation.
