Responsibilities



  • Act as the main contact for customers and agencies regarding supply chain topics.

  • Manage and monitor customer orders from entry to delivery in SAP.

  • Provide regular order status, stock updates, and standard reports.

  • Handle order changes, call-offs, shortages, and delivery confirmations.

  • Coordinate shipment planning with Transport & Logistics.

  • Resolve logistical claims, blocked stock issues, and documentation gaps.

  • Support intercompany and external hirework coordination.

  • Monitor credit limits and initiate delivery stops when required.


Requirements



  • Experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain roles.

  • Good knowledge of SAP and order-related processes.

  • Understanding of logistics, Incoterms, and order documentation.
