Responsibilities

• Attend to customer complaints and service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to investigate issues and propose practical solutions.
• Handle parts sales - from quotation and stock checking to shipment tracking.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all communication meets our quality standards.
• Support key accounts and overseas customers to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
