Customer Service & Planning Representative

**We are looking for a CSR and Planning team member for our Nordic region.**
Your mission is to manage and increase customer loyalty and retention. You ensure the timely allocation of services, fleet and resources to meet customer demands and you take ownership of customers queries.
After six months you can run a full cycle of base business delivery on your own and after a year you can plan and coordinate complex deliveries.
