Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Address issues related to products, services, or accounts
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
- Follow standard procedures and company policies
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations when required

Candidate Profile:
- Strong command of verbal and written English
- Undergraduate or graduate degree holders
- Experience in customer service preferred; freshers are welcome
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
