Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
  • Follow standard procedures and company policies

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong command of verbal and written English
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree holders
  • Experience in customer service preferred; freshers are welcome
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
