**High School diploma or GED**
**High English level**
**3+ years industrial customer service experience.**
**Experience with EDI, SIGIP and SAP systems strongly preferred.**
**Working knowledge of manufacturing systems.**
**Experience processing customer orders and releases and the ability to manage the supporting documentation.**
- **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
**Edits orders received for price and nomenclature.**
**Informs customer of unit prices, shipping dates, and additional information needed by customer**
**Data entry into computer.**
**Prints shipment documents and forwards to Customer Service Supervisor for review.**
**Records or files copy of orders received.**
**Prepares invoices and shipping documents.**
**Resolves service needs, questions and complaints by telephone or written correspondence through gathering, researching and analyzing information, and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed.**...
