Job Duties/Description:
Daily goals: Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls and answer 15-30 inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service (no cold calling). Reach out to new clients to confirm their identity and ensure all information is accurate. Clearly communicate the terms of the payment financing contract to clients, ensuring they understand all aspects. Assist clients in setting up their preferred payment methods. Make outbound calls to clients to collect late payments and make necessary adjustments to accounts. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and adjustments in the company's database. Requirements:
