Job Duties/Description:

  • Daily goals: Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls and answer 15-30 inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service (no cold calling).
  • Reach out to new clients to confirm their identity and ensure all information is accurate.
  • Clearly communicate the terms of the payment financing contract to clients, ensuring they understand all aspects.
  • Assist clients in setting up their preferred payment methods.
  • Make outbound calls to clients to collect late payments and make necessary adjustments to accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and adjustments in the company's database.
  • Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of previous call center experience
  • Excellent work ethic - must show longevity in previous roles
  • High School diploma or GED; college degree a plus
