Job Description
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of IPS product lines and related quality documentation
Accurately process customer purchase orders and maintain order records
Prepare and issue customer price quotes in a timely manner
Respond professionally to customer inquiries related to pricing, orders, shipments, returns, and product information
Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
Process customer returns and credit requests in accordance with company procedures
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and support resolution efforts
Identify and communicate recurring service issues or customer concerns to management
Enter and maintain customer and order information in the ERP system
Organize and prioritize daily workload to meet deadlines
