Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of IPS product lines and related quality documentation

  • Accurately process customer purchase orders and maintain order records

  • Prepare and issue customer price quotes in a timely manner

  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries related to pricing, orders, shipments, returns, and product information

  • Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

  • Process customer returns and credit requests in accordance with company procedures

  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and support resolution efforts

  • Identify and communicate recurring service issues or customer concerns to management
