Job Title:  Customer Service Rep - RBO
Location: Santiago - On Site 
Salary:  DOP$40,000 + Incentives up to 6k per performance
Starting Date: Feb 23rd, 2026
Schedules Avabilable:
  • 10:00 am - 7:00 pm DLS / 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (10 Seats)
  • 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm DLS / 11:00 am - 8:00 pm (4 Seats)
 
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
 
The customer service representative is responsible for handling Sales/Consumer requests and processing these into our CRM systems.  Orders are received by telephone, fax, and email. They are the customer's front-line communication and help resolve complaints/returns. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.
