Our client, an HOA / Community Management company based in Maryland, is looking for a skilled **Customer Care Representative**. This job will entail supporting Homeowner Association Managers. Answering incoming calls and helping homeowners with general requests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Address and resolve issues from community members professionally.
- Handling maintenance requests and Client correspondence
- Coordinate board meetings, property walks, maintenance projects, etc.
- Providing excellent Customer Service
- Assist Managers with community management related tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum two years experience in Customer Service, Hospitality or Call Center industry.
- High School Diploma or higher (Associate’s degree preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication: Advanced English level is required.
- Problem solving skills.
- Excellent listening and restating.
