Key Responsibility Areas
Assist customers globally through 3 channels: Chat, Phone & Email. Key business geographies are US, CA, ,UK, AU & NZ
Remain updated on existing and new products offered on the website
Complete all assigned customer cases in a timely manner
Customer queries will include:
product questions
order status
order changes
shipping
website usage
Requirements
The candidate should have excellent spoken and written communication skills
Primary language: English
The candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts
Candidates with strong customer orientation are preferred.
