Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for dynamic and experienced customer support that can help our customers with their day-to-day support related issues. We are looking for person with at least 2 Years of experience and have hands on experience with Chat and Ticketing system.

We are looking for person with following knowledge:

·       Good command over English

·       Basic Computer working knowledge

·       Customer Support Knowledge

·       Some knowledge about Web Sites

·       Basic knowledge about ecommerce

Nice to have

·       Working knowledge of Chat and Ticketing System

·       Any other language would be added advantage

·       Positive and helping Attitude

Key Responsibility:

·       Manage large amounts of chats and Tickets
