This role involves processing and confirming orders, generating quotes, and maintaining up-to-date price lists to ensure the protection and maintenance of gross profit margins. The successful candidate will also resolve customer issues promptly and elevate concerns to ensure satisfactory resolutions. Monitoring customer orders and inventory levels is crucial to deliver products in full, on time, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Generate standard quotes within 24-48 hours of receipt.
• Answer phones by the 3rd ring and respond to emails by the end of each day.
