Job Description

We’re hiring customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support a well-known utilities organization onsite in Albuquerque, NM. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and are passionate about first-call resolution!
What You’ll Do:

+ Handle 40–50 inbound calls per day, plus emails and chat

+ Assist customers with:

+ General utility service questions

+ Billing and payment arrangements

+ Collections related to payment plans

+ Service connections and disconnections

+ Navigate up to 5 software systems using dual monitors

+ De-escalate customer concerns independently with a focus on one-call resolution

Required Qualifications:

+ 1–2 years of call center experience

+ Strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills

+ Experience working across multiple systems simultaneously
