Job Description

We’re hiring customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to support a well-known utilities organization onsite in Albuquerque, NM. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and are passionate about first-call resolution!

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle 40–50 inbound calls per day, plus emails and chat
  • Assist customers with:
  • General utility service questions
  • Billing and payment arrangements
  • Collections related to payment plans
  • Service connections and disconnections
  • Navigate up to 5 software systems using dual monitors
  • De-escalate customer concerns independently with a focus on one-call resolution
  • Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of call center experience
