Job Description
Customer service representative job duties will consist of:
- Entering sales orders;
- Answering phone calls and attending to customer inquiries;
- Monitoring emails and responding timely to customer requests;
- Working with vendors and suppliers on ordering materials;
- Following up with customers on open orders and proof approvals;
- Working in a team environment and assist where necessary;
- Work under pressure and meet client imposed deadlines
Candidate must have the following skills:
- Familiarity with general printing terminology
- Knowledge of PC navigation;
- Rudimentary MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word;
- Adobe PDF and Creative Suite
- Quick learner and adaptive mindset;
- Handle multiple tasks and willingness to work extra hours when needed.
