Job Description

Customer service representative job duties will consist of:
  • Entering sales orders;
  • Answering phone calls and attending to customer inquiries;
  • Monitoring emails and responding timely to customer requests;
  • Working with vendors and suppliers on ordering materials;
  • Following up with customers on open orders and proof approvals;
  • Working in a team environment and assist where necessary;
  • Work under pressure and meet client imposed deadlines

Candidate must have the following skills:
  • Familiarity with general printing terminology
  • Knowledge of PC navigation;
  • Rudimentary MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word;
  • Adobe PDF and Creative Suite
  • Quick learner and adaptive mindset;
  • Handle multiple tasks and willingness to work extra hours when needed.
