Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
- Offer recommendations on additional parts that customers may need, encouraging additional sales.
- Verify and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring it is always well stocked.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure that customer orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues related to orders, shipments and products, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Have good communication with suppliers, and continuously follow up on orders placed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or industrial sales and purchasing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Spanish.
- English level: 80%.
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, excel and word, software skills for inventory and purchase order processing.
