Job Description:

Pension Customer Service Representative: you will be responsible for providing personalized and professional service to participants of over Pension Plans in response to incoming inquiries related to their tax forms.

This may include updating addresses, mailing, emailing, or faxing duplicate copies of annuitants tax form.

Respond positively to participants in incoming calls, providing a high level of service and quality that exceeds customer expectation.
