Talascend is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a contract opportunity in Auburn Hills, MI

Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to building tenants; create work orders based on provided information; contact with vendors for quotes and updates; provide task support requested by Facilities managers
  • Customer Service Department: Hours: 7AM-8PM; Monday - Friday (2 shifts 7am-330pm, 1130am-8pm, 1/2hr lunch)
  • Processes orders
  • Prepares correspondence
  • Fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Answer Phones
  • Create Work Orders
  • North Tank Farm Fuel Ordering & Tracking
  • Stock Quote Requests
  • Past Due Orders
  • Producing Videos
  • Special Request
    • Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Pursuing college degree (Bachelors or Masters) with a Business, Environmental, or Engine...
