Opal Fibre Packaging provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Rocklea (Queensland).

The key focus of this role will be to:

• Providing high level customer service to a large customer portfolio using both email and phone
• Providing ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders
• Utilising our various applications to assist customers with order requirements
