Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Sales Operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting customers and internal stakeholders by ensuring accurate order processing, effective communication, and timely coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders into the SAP system
  • Prepare and send order confirmations to customers
  • Liaise closely with customers, sales teams, logistics, and cross-functional teams to follow up on orders and deliveries
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments to resolve customer service issues
  • Support the Quality team by following up on customer quality complaints
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with team members
  • Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • University or College graduate
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience using SAP is highly regarded
