Customer Service Representative
Location: Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, Mexico (On-site).
Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Azcapotzalco, CMX. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing outstanding customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to day basis.
**Qualifications**
**HighSchool diploma completed.**
Advanced English level (B2+ and above).
**1+ years of Customer Service, Tech Support or Sales experience.**
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.**
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
**Knowledge of CRM systems and tools preferred.**
Schedule flexibility
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $18,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Tech Support or Sales experience.: 2 years (preferred)
