Title: Customer Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of client accounts, promptly address issues as they arise, and maintain accurate records.
- Demonstrate the company's core values and vision to customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Liaise with clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, clients, and co-workers.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of Contact Center experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required. Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Work Conditions:
- This is a Saturday to Wednesday, 1:00pm to 10:36pm schedule position.
