Position : Customer Service Representative (Danish)

Location : Barcelona (on-site)

Contract : Full-time, 385h/week (Monday–Sunday), Temporary

About the role

As a Customer Support Advisor you will identify the needs of international travellers and accommodation partners, mediate between both sides, and ensure a consistently high level of customer service across email and phone interactions.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Understand and identify customer needs.
  • Listen, respond, and mediate between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide.
  • Clarify inquiries about service payment and technical requirements, and provide accurate information following set processes via email and phone.

Requirements

  • Danish C2 level and advanced English.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
