Customer Service Representative

FLEX SHIFT - The Flex Shift is a part-time role utilized to fill in scheduling gaps. Flex Operators can expect 20-25 hours per week on average.

Overnight Shift - Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6:15am

The Security Command Center is 24 hours, so flex shifts can be days, nights and/or weekends depending on the individual's availability.

Desired availability in order of importance:

1 - Graveyard MUST

2 - Weekends

3 - Swing

4 - Weekdays

SUMMARY

Is responsible for the 24x7 monitoring of all physical and electronic security systems reporting to the Security Command Center (SCC). Works with internal and external customers to assist with a wide range of physical security matters. Communicates via phone, text messages, and emails to all levels within the organization and externally.
