Managing multiple customers with the aim of selling distribution material, performing the RFQ follow up through the consultation of KPI’s, in line with the objectives assigned by the Vice President of Sales. Delivering the best service possible to the assigned customer portfolio at every stage of the order.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Manage requests for quotations (RFQ) by analyzing requirements and verifying the availability of stock, the existence of potential purchasing contracts and previous requests sent to suppliers for the purchase of a specific item.

1. Prepare the offer to the customer based upon the best supply source, which is determined by the Procurement department on the basis of certifications, price per unit and lead time.

2. Perform RFQ’s follow up activities that are necessary to ensure and maintain relations with customers, such as dealing with emails, making calls, videoconferences, and visits.<...
