• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to connect with individuals and provide program information.
• Assist callers in determining eligibility for specific programs and guide them through the application process.
• Schedule appointments for individuals who meet the program requirements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Leave detailed voicemail messages when unable to reach individuals and document all interactions accurately.
• Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and attentive communication.
