We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with experience in the BPO industry, specifically handling inbound and/or outbound calls. This position requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to provide support in English at a B2 level.
Requirements:
Previous experience in BPO customer service, especially call handling
B2 English level (spoken and written)
Must be located in Bogotá
Full-time availability
Availability to work on-site
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone calls in English
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction
Follow company processes and quality standards
