Customer Service Representative / Patient Account Representative
Location~ Bogotá, Colombia
Address~ Rosales 72 – Cl. 72 #8-24, Quinta Camacho (Floors 4, 6, 7, and 8)
Salary~ COP 3,150,000
Schedule~ Monday to Friday, 8~00 a.m. – 5~00 p.m. Mountain Time (Colombia~ 10~00 a.m. – 7~00 p.m.)
Job Description~
Management of patient accounts and resolution of medical debts, handling inbound and outbound calls, verifying information, and providing empathetic support to patients.
Main Responsibilities~
Provide hospital service support
Handle billing and insurance inquiries
Assist in resolving medical debt
Manage a high volume of calls (approximately 100 daily)
Update patient data
Requirements~
English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory)
Experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a call center (non-retail)
Healthcare experience is a plus
Employment stability (+6 months in the role)
