Position Type: Hourly contract Position (W2 only)

NOTE:

• Schedule/ Remote Flexibility: hybrid schedule of one week in office, one week at home. The schedule for this is provided in advance.
• Hours Per Week: 40 with potential for OT
• Education And Experience Requirement: high school diploma and 2+ years customer service experience
• Interview Process: phone screen with hiring manager, panel interview (preferably in person)
• Preferred Interview Times: flexible during work hours of 8am-5pm M-F
