Customer Service Representative – Business Hours

JP Exteriors is a fast-growing exterior remodeling company based in Austin, Texas specializing in siding, windows, doors, roofing, and outdoor renovations. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage inbound leads, scheduling, and daily follow-up during standard U.S. business hours.
This role is critical to our sales pipeline and customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Take all inbound requests via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Answer questions about services, availability, and scheduling
• Schedule qualified appointments in Setmore and Buildertrend
• Track and follow up with canceled appointments and inbound inquiries
• Ensure appointments are properly confirmed and fulfilled
• Respond quickly to all inbound platform leads (Yelp, Angi, Google LSA, Nextdoor, etc.)
• Manage and follow up on lead pipelines in Hatch
