This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Call Center Representative. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide superior customer service to ensure satisfaction. Daily tasks will include responding to customer calls, offering solutions to resolve concerns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Building strong relationships with customers and contributing to a positive, professional team environment are essential aspects of this role.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills, such as effective communication and relationship-building
  • Fluency in English 
  • Prior experience in a call center is advantageous but not mandatory
