Qualifications:



At least 2 years of BPO customer service experience

International account experience is a plus

High school graduate (college level/degree is an advantage)

With good English communication skills

Willing to work rotating shifts. weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:



. Handle Inbound and or outbound calls. emails. or chats from international customers



. Address customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account concerns.



. Follow established scripts, processes, and quality standards.
