About the Job:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be collaborating with our current and potential patients, dental practice partners, and internal associates from our corporate office. The Customer Service Representative will play a vital role to support Evenly's commitment to provide the highest level of customer service and support. The position performs a wide variety of administrative, customer service, and operational/marketing support activities.
Tasks:
· Make outbound calls and field incoming calls from patients and potential patients.
· Educate potential customers/patients on the benefits of Evenly Invisalign Treatment and influence them to schedule a free Invisalign consultation at one of our partner dental practices (also known internally as care centers).
· Enter and update patient information into our patient management system.
