Customer Service Representative

Location: All Colombia Solvo Sites

Position Type: Full-Time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 6:30 pm CST

Start Date: November 19, 2025

Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our residential customers and prospective clients. Your mission is to provide exceptional service, guiding customers through applications, explaining product features and lease terms, and resolving inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen attentively to customer needs and respond with empathy.
  • Resolve issues by clarifying problems, researching solutions, and escalating when necessary.
  • Process requests and complete transactions while meeting call center performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and clearly explain product lines.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the call center database.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
  • Stay updated through ongoing training and educational opportunities.
  • Meet daily call volume targets and contribute to the company's reputation for excellence.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Prior call center experience preferred.
  • English proficiency: 9.0 – 10.0.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
