Job Description

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Provide product and service information to customers.

- Meet personal/team performance targets and customer service goals.



Qualifications:

- High school or Senior High school are welcome

- No BPO experience is also welcome; training provided

- Preferable have 6 months to 1 year experience

- Positive attitude and good communication skills

- Typing skills
