Right now, we're looking to welcome new members to our Customer Service team.

As a customer service representative for EconomyCarRentals.com and CarFlexi.com, you will be the vital link in the world of car rentals!

Requirements

• Proficient command of both written and spoken English.
• A customer-oriented approach with a focus on outcomes.
• Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in business email correspondence.
• Solid proficiency in computer and internet skills.
• Completion of military service is required for male candidates.
• It is mandatory to reside in Athens, Greece and possess the necessary work permit documentation for Greece. Applications from international candidates or those lacking the required documents will not be considered.

Preference will be given to candidates possessing:

• Prior work experience, particularly in the Travel/Tourism or Customer Service sectors.
• Outstanding communication skills in one of the following languages: German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, or others.

Upon completion of your paid training period, you will:

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and phone, employing critical thinking to prioritize them effectively.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Maintain a customer service-oriented mindset.
• Record pertinent information within the company's IT platform.
• Identify opportunities to provide information that may be beneficial to customers in the future.
• Exhibit the ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
