What will I actually do in this role?
You'll be supporting U.S.-based customers by:
- Handling inbound customer calls
- Resolving queries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Providing accurate information using company tools
- Upselling products/services where applicable
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
This role is for you if:
- You have minimum 1 year of US voice experience
- Your English communication is B2 level or above
- You're comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts
- You're customer-focused and solution-oriented
