Job Description

We are searching for a polite, professional Customer Service Call Center Agents to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone. May handle a high volume of inbound calls, and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. Customer Service Call Center Agents will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all inquiries and provide an accurate and efficient response.

Position is work from home.

  • Pay Rate: $14.50
  • Onboarding Date: February 27, 2026
  • Training Starts: March 2, 2026
  • Training hours onsite: M-F, 8am-4:30pm
  • Production hours after training: M-F, 11:30am-8:00pm
