Responsibilities
- Correspond with customers via telephone, email and chat.
- Accurately process various types of customer requests and inquiries regarding Mouser services.
- Generate new and repeat business through customer service initiatives and offering associated products and promotional items.
- Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Promote and maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
- Monitor delivery and quality to meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Professional verbal and written communication in English (minimum), including in a telephone environment. Additional languages may be required.
