Responsibilities

  • Correspond with customers via telephone, email and chat.
  • Accurately process various types of customer requests and inquiries regarding Mouser services.
  • Generate new and repeat business through customer service initiatives and offering associated products and promotional items.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
  • Promote and maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
  • Monitor delivery and quality to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Professional verbal and written communication in English (minimum), including in a telephone environment. Additional languages may be required.
