This role is for our client, a specialist in 3PL and freight forwarding based in Tullamarine . The Customer Service Representative will provide high-quality customer and operational support, ensuring orders and shipments are processed accurately, issues are resolved efficiently, and service expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Provide timely updates and resolve service issues
  • Process orders, bookings, and documentation accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor orders or shipments through to completion
  • Maintain accurate system records and job files
