As part of the Customer Care Team, you'll provide proactive, high‑quality support for non‑technical customer requests.
You will:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and web (orders, shipments, installations, licenses, invoices).
Review and create license keys, including emergency license requests.
Manage license mechanisms, versions, upgrade paths, and media access.
Support emergency/cybersecurity triage by gathering key details.
Review customer entitlements and agreements.
Coordinate credit‑related questions with Collections.
Validate academic eligibility for the University Program.
