**Job Summary**
- Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving
- issues, providing outstanding customer support, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-today basis.
**Qualifications**:
- High School diploma completed.
- Advanced English level (B2+ and above).
- 1+ years of Customer Service, Tech Support or Sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools preferred.
- Schedule flexibility
Pay: $18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
