Customer Service Representative for the Mexico office:
Responsible for support to Key Account Managers on the administration of top accounts for the company. Direct administration of junior accounts. The role includes administrative support to the Key Account Manager (KAM) in Mexico as well as constant contact and communication with contacts from both, top and Jr. accounts. This role will work with several key functions to ensure we deliver the best-in-class service to our customers and support for our Mexico KAM role and potential to move into the Mexico KAM role over the years.
