Overview
Our client, a global leader in cutting-edge optical design, manufacturing, and image processing technology, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. The objective will be to achieve customer satisfaction with the best level of service in its class and to act competently in logistics matters.
Core Responsibilities Be responsible for the operational management of orders (from receipt to invoicing).
Receive PO.
Confirm receipt.
Provide order status updates to customers, as well as shipping information.
Send invoices.
Check product availability when requested by DI/RSM.
Handle all logistics-related claims and inquiries generated by customers (RMA, DOA, damaged or missing equipment).
