A Customer Service Representative is the first person most customers communicate with when they have a problem. The Customer Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Advanced English level
- High school or truncated career
- Experience in a similar position (2 years).
- Basic knowledge in sales or purchases
- MS Office intermediate (Excel, pp, word)
- written, read and spoken
**Skills**: You'll need strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to listen actively, solve problems, and pay attention to detail. You should also be patient, empathetic, and have self-control.
