**REQUIREMENTS**:
? 6 MONTHS CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
? CANDIDATES WITH A COLLEGE DEGREE WILL BE CONSIDERED W/O PREVIOUS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
? EXCELLENT ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE A MUST (WRITTEN AND VERBAL)
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
*HANDLE INBOUND/OUTBOUND CALLS AND ADDRESS CUSTOMER CONCERNS AND INQUIRIES
- ADDRESS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND PROVIDE APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS
- EDUCATE CUSTOMERS ON THE PRODUCT AND SERVICES OFFERED BY THE COMPANY
- GUIDE CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESS
- DOCUMENT ALL CLIENT INTERACTIONS IN A CLEAR AND COHERENT MANNER
- ASSIST CUSTOMERS WITH SCHEDULING OR ADJUSTING PAYMENTS
**SHIFT**:
5 DAYS A WEEK, 2 DAYS OFF
MONDAY 5 AM - 2 PM. THURSDAY
FRIDAY AND SUNDAY 7 AM - 4 PM.
SATURDAY 6 AM - 3 PM.
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY OFF

$12,000 BASE MONTHLY SALARY
