Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with experience in the BPO industry , specifically handling inbound and/or outbound calls . This position requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to provide support in English at a B2 level .

Requirements

  • Previous experience in BPO customer service , especially call handling
  • B2 English level (spoken and written)
  • Must be located in Bogotá
  • Availability to work on-site
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls in English
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
  • Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction
  • Follow company processes and quality standards
