Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with experience in the BPO industry , specifically handling inbound and/or outbound calls . This position requires strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to provide support in English at a B2 level .
Requirements
- Previous experience in BPO customer service , especially call handling
- B2 English level (spoken and written)
- Must be located in Bogotá
- Availability to work on-site
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls in English
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Ensure a positive customer experience on every interaction
- Follow company processes and quality standards
