Solvo Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team If you have excellent English skills (9-10), customer service experience, and are ready to work remotely from Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Medellín, Cali, Armenia, this opportunity is for you

Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messages.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and aim for first interaction resolution.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and resolution rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Zendesk to manage and respond to customer inquiries.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with customer service metrics like NPS, first interaction resolution, and call handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Visa permit is a must, as training will be conducted in the US.
