Solvo Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team If you have excellent English skills (9-10), customer service experience, and are ready to work remotely from Bogotá, Bucaramanga, Medellín, Cali, Armenia, this opportunity is for you
Position: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messages.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and aim for first interaction resolution.
- Track and report on key performance metrics like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and resolution rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Zendesk to manage and respond to customer inquiries.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with customer service metrics like NPS, first interaction resolution, and call handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
- Visa permit is a must, as training will be conducted in the US.
