Seasonal work: From November 5 to January 10

Schedule: 8AM to 5PM CST. Monday-Friday. o Saturdays during peak starting with the Saturday after Thanksgiving Holiday and the following 4 to 5 up to Christmas 8AM to 4:30PM CST.

Job description:

  • Responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and full complete safeguarding the company's trade secrets and any of our business client's customer lists and related records.
  • Answering phone calls in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
  • Verifying customer information.

Responsabilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Listens to the customer's needs and presents solutions.
  • Determines customer needs by asking appropriate questions to verify action desired by customer, and then applies knowledge of company policy and procedure to determine action to be taken.
  • Follows through to completion, collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Calling customer back promptly to keep him/her informed of actions being taken and to clarify customer expectations if needed.
  • Accepts coaching and assistance from leadership to confirm correct actions and responses are being given to customers and to reduce transfer and hold time.
  • Demonstrates teamwork by sharing information with coworkers and assisting new hires during their training/transition period.

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Knowledge of jewelry and watches a plus
  • Ability to multitask and keep organized in a fast-paced environment.
